The specific static balance method is: put the flange on the mandrel, and then put it on the guide rail of the balance frame. If it is unbalanced, the heavier part of the ultra-thin grinding wheel will turn to the bottom. Move the balance block position in the ring tip of the flange end face to balance the center of the cut piece. Repeat until the ultra-thin grinding wheel is on the guide rail. Any position on the upper side can stand still, and the cutting piece reaches static balance at this time.

If the static balance is not carried out, it will cause the grinding wheel cutting disc to vibrate when rotating at high speed, which will affect the processing results, and in severe cases, it will cause the cutting disc to break and machine damage. Therefore, the installation of the grinding wheel cutting disc must be statically balanced.
